This is the week when the world’s eyes are on Milan, pilgrimage site for creatives, designers, curious minds and students who wander between the Salone del Mobile, the Salone Satellite and the Fuorisalone, all worshipping the same higher power: the Design.
It’s also that only week of the year when Italians talk about lamps, kitchens and chairs more than football.
When design shapes pleasure, it results in objects that talk to the body and delights the mind through ergonomic shapes that kiss the curves, technologies and materials that make love to erogenous zones and textures that whisper to the senses.
During the Fuorisalone, from the 17th to the 22nd of April, you can find these objects at Pleasure 4 You’s concept store ‘Il Piacere è Tutto Vostro’ (Pleasure is all yours), in Corso Garibaldi 60.
Among a penguin-shaped clit sucker and a rubber duckie for vibrating baths, pleasure also goes through the palate, teasing the taste buds with Italian specialities and tickling the mind with wordplay and puns.
On the shelves, between dildos, vibrators and floggers, you find packs of Ditaloni (name of a type of pasta and Italian for fingering) and Nesquirt, to cook orgasmically delicious dishes.
In the evening, the concept store turns into a parlour for talks and performance about sex.
